The kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient for us to cook meals. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when they quickly changed our room to a ground floor one due to my difficulty with stairs. it was a cozy and comfortable stay for us.

The location of the hotel is not very appealing, with a bus garage opposite and a burned out building next door. the area around the hotel is not very attractive. the rooms have new TVs, but the overall maintenance is poor, with broken cupboard handles and drawers hanging on by a thread. the shower alternates between scalding and freezing temperatures on its own. the wifi is fast and reliable.
